Welcome — I’m Emma, the founder of Nourish & Thrive Coaching, and I’m here to help you build a healthier, happier lifestyle through real food, personalised nutrition, and supportive coaching that fits your everyday life.
With over 20 years of experience as a professional chef and cookery teacher, I’ve spent my career helping people feel confident in the kitchen and excited about eating well. But I also saw how many people struggled with the other side of healthy living — the planning, the habits, the mindset, the consistency, and the overwhelm of conflicting nutrition advice.
That’s why I created Nourish & Thrive Coaching: a place where flavour meets science, and where your goals are supported with both chef‑crafted meal plans and evidence‑based nutrition coaching.
